Complaint Handling Measures and Conflict Resolution Measures

In accordance to the law, the company will follow the below measures for handling complaints and conflicts that are related to financial instruments business (investment management business and type II financial instruments business).

(1) Investment management

The company will attempt to solve complaints and conflicts by taking steps based on the financial instruments and exchange law.

(2) Type II financial instruments and exchange business

The company will attempt to solve complaints and conflicts by the provision of direct solutions or mediation by NPO securities, financial products mediation consultation center based on financial instruments and exchange law.
